Proper Behavior
Proper behavior is expected at all times no matter where the class may be in the school. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. I do not believe in giving monitory rewards for what is expected. Students that exhibit outstanding examples of respect, responsibility or effort may at times be rewarded either as individuals, groups or a class.

Homework Policy
"Parent Homework" This type of assignment is meant to give students the opportunity to talk to you about what we are learning in class and for you to share with them what you know about the topic. It is not to be done by you alone!
READING: Reading 15 minutes a night is a good practice
I assign homework to give a child the opportunity to see if they “really get it”, so you can see what kinds of things we are working on and as a bridge to the next lesson.
It is important homework is done on time.
